Cooking time 25-30 minutes Serving 4 Ingredients For BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp Oil , तेल 1 inch Ginger, chopped , अदरक 2-3 cloves Garlic, chopped , लहसुन 2 fresh Green chilli , हरी मिर्च 1 small Onion, chopped , प्याज 1 tbsp Black peppercorns, crushed , काली मिर्च के दाने 1 Bay leaf , तेज पत्ता 1 cup Tomato ketchup , टोमेटो केचप 1 cup Water , पानी 1 tbsp Soya sauce , सोया सॉस 10-12 no Tender Coriander stems , धनिया डंठल 1 tbsp Mustard sauce/ Mustard Powder , मस्टर्ड सॉस For Paneer Shashlik 1 tsp dried Oregano , सुखा हुआ ओरिगैनो 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic water, अदरक लहसुन का रस 2 tbsp Oil , तेल 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता 200 gm Paneer , पनीर 1 small Onion, diced , प्याज 1 small Tomato, diced , टमाटर 1 small Capsicum, diced , शिमला मिर्च Oil for frying , तेल तलने के लिए For Buttered Rice 1 cup Cooked Rice , पका हुआ चावल 2 tbsp Butter , मक्खन 1 tbsp mixed Dried Herbs , मिक्स हबर्स 1 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिये के पत्ते Other Ingredients French Fries फ्रेंच फ्राइज 3 tbsp Green Peas, boiled , हरे मटर 1 tbsp Chilled butter , ठंडा मक्खन Fresh Coriander leaves , धनिये के पत्ते Process
For BBQ Sauce In a kadai heat oil, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion and saute for a minute. Then add black pepper cons, bay leaf and saute for 2-3 minutes. Now add tomato ketchup, water, soya sauce, coriander stems and boil it for 5-6 minutes on medium heat. After the add mustard sauce, mix and strain in a bowl and keep aside for further use. For Paneer Shashlik In a bowl add dried oregano, degi red chilli powder, salt, ginger-garlic water, oil, coriander leaves and mix everything together. Now add paneer, onion, tomato, capsicum and mix it by coating it properly and keep aside for 5-10 minutes. After that heat a grill pan and add oil, meanwhile put on capsicum, one onion, then one paneer, one tomato on it then again one paneer and close it with one onion, capsicum and keep aside, then mare rest of them in the same way. Now place in the hot pan and grill them properly from all sides until golden brown. For Buttered Rice In a pan heat butter and add mixed herbs saute for half a minute. Then add the cooked rice, sprinkle some water cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Remove the lid and add the coriander leaves mix and keep aside for further use. For Assembling Paneer Sizzler Take a super hot sizzler plate and place some cabbage leaves, french fries, then add the buttered rice, green peas, now place the paneer shashlik, add the bbq sauce and finish with cold butter and garnish with coriander leaves.
